Red Bull Vending Machine Concept — Digital Retail Experience

 

This project presents an animated design concept developed for Rotender, proposing an integrated vending solution for the brand Red Bull.

The machine is conceived as a hybrid retail and communication platform, combining beverage distribution with dynamic audiovisual advertising. Beyond its primary function of selling drinks, the structure incorporates a high-impact digital display system designed to broadcast branded video content, transforming the vending unit into an active marketing device within public space.

The design language reflects Red Bull’s energetic identity through sharp geometries, bold contrasts and a strong visual hierarchy. Illuminated panels and a vertically oriented screen create a sculptural presence, ensuring visibility from multiple angles while reinforcing brand recognition. The interface is streamlined and intuitive, maintaining clarity between the purchasing area and the media display zone.

Functionally, the proposal prioritizes accessibility, durability and modular construction. The internal organization allows efficient product storage while keeping maintenance and replenishment practical. The digital component is seamlessly integrated into the structural frame, avoiding the appearance of an added screen and instead presenting a cohesive architectural object.

More than a vending machine, this concept positions retail infrastructure as experiential media — a compact urban installation that simultaneously distributes product and amplifies brand narrative.
